Damaged Container Policy
What if dried fruit arrives damaged? We stand by our quality and offer a clear quality claim process for compensation for spoiled container goods.
- Replacement for moldy or clumped shipment: If moisture issues occur despite our palletized container loading, report within 7 days of arrival.
- Damage during sea freight refund: Covered under comprehensive insurance for sea freight (if CIF terms apply).
